Personalise Your Case- Since each case is uniquely personalised with your initials, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If the item is faulty or you were sent the wrong item, the case will be replaced with the same or an alternative case.
Other Personalised items - Since each item is uniquely personalised with specific details that you have requested, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If the item(s) have been delivered damaged, faulty or you were sent the wrong item, please notify us and we will replace your item.
Faults/Damaged/Missing/Unwanted items should be reported within 7 days of receiving your item(s) via email on email@example.com. You will also be advised to take pictures of damages found on the item(s) delivered.
You also have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
